• User: Any authorized administrator, teacher, staff member, student, or parent using the Software.

• Institution: The school or educational organization subscribing to the Software.

• Data: All information entered, uploaded, or generated through the Software.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Only authorized representatives of an Institution may create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

4. License and Permitted Use

• The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for internal educational and administrative purposes only.

• You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To use the Software in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Software.

• To ensure that all Users under your Institution comply with these Terms.

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

• All Data entered into the Software remains the property of the Institution.

• The Company will process Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

• The Institution is responsible for obtaining necessary consents from students, parents, and staff.

7. Data Security

• We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Data.

• However, no system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

8. Fees and Payments

• Use of the Software may be subject to subscription fees as agreed separately.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Support and Maintenance

• The Company may provide technical support as per the selected plan.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the Software.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights in the Software belong to the Company.

• These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to the User or Institution.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information received through use of the Software.

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

• Upon termination, the Institution must stop using the Software.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

14. Indemnification

The Institution agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of misuse of the Software or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Nagaon, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
