1. Subscription Cancellation

• Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Access to the Software will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

2. Refund Policy

  • Early termination by the Institution

  • Change of mind after purchase

• Once the trial period ends and a paid subscription begins, the refund policy will apply.

4. Service Downtime and Technical Issues

• Temporary unavailability of the Software due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or factors beyond our control shall not be considered grounds for refunds.

• We will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly.

5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

• Institutions may request plan upgrades or downgrades subject to availability.

• Upgrades may be charged immediately or prorated.

• Downgrades will generally take effect from the next billing cycle.

• Any billing adjustments will be handled as per the agreed subscription terms.

6. Termination by Company

• KK Edumart reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the Terms and Conditions are violated.

• In such cases, no refunds shall be issued for any remaining subscription period.
